What do you like best about Charted?

Charted is great for scanning invoices or having them emailed into NetSuite. The software lives as a tab within NetSuite, which helps speed up the Accounts Payable process and makes it easy to save documents quickly. The vendor settings also help with coding bills. What do you dislike about Charted?

I don’t have anything I dislike about this software. It continues to improve and evolve, especially with AI advancements, and keeps expanding to meet additional needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Charted solving and how is that benefiting you?

Charted is speeding up our Accounts Payable process and reducing the chance of human error. We’re able to scan internal check requests for grant expenditures, which has been very helpful. Vendor settings were not used at first. Once we changed some vendors to post one line or multiple lines this greatly helped with the general ledger coding of each specific vendor.
