What do you like best about Chartbeat?

I use it quite often to easily check out where I am on a given day. I have not yet needed its customer support, but even if I did, it is easy to get in touch with someone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chartbeat?

As my company has been emphasizing videos more often, I feel like it would be nice to have a way to easily keep track of video views. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chartbeat solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to keep track of when views are highest and what is driving them. It allows me to know what content is popular and when it is popular Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
