What do you like best about CharlieHR?

CharlieHR is incredibly easy to use and makes managing all the day-to-day HR admin really straightforward. Everything is intuitive, well designed and in one place, which saves us a lot of time as a small team. It’s one of those tools that just works without needing loads of setup. What do you dislike about CharlieHR?

Very little! If I had to pick something, it would be that some of the more advanced HR features are limited compared to much bigger platforms. But for a small business like ours, that simplicity is actually one of the reasons we love CharlieHR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CharlieHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

CharlieHR takes a lot of the admin out of managing a small team. We use it for things like time off, employee records, onboarding and keeping all our HR information organised in one place.
