What do you like best about CharlieHR?

What I like best about Charlie is how easy it is to use. It brings everything together in one place without feeling overly complicated or like you need to be an HR expert to get value from it.

The whole platform feels very intuitive, from managing employee information and time off through to onboarding and performance. I also really like having recruitment built into the same experience – the ATS makes it easy to manage candidates and hiring without needing to introduce another standalone system.

For a growing business, it feels like a really good balance between having plenty of functionality and still keeping things simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CharlieHR?

There isn't much I dislike. If anything, because Charlie is designed to keep HR simple and accessible, businesses with very complex or highly customised HR processes might occasionally want more flexibility or deeper functionality in certain areas. What problems is CharlieHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit is having everything in one place rather than managing different parts of HR across multiple systems and spreadsheets. Charlie makes everyday tasks like managing employee information, time off, onboarding and performance much easier and less time-consuming.

It also helps bring recruitment into the same overall workflow, so there’s a much smoother journey from hiring someone through to them becoming an employee.
