"CharityEngine Streamlined Our Fundraising and Donor Management"

What do you like best about CharityEngine?

CharityEngine has helped us establish a more organized foundation for fundraising and donor management. Their suite of services all within one platform helped us increase our donations by staying in a more consistent contact with donors. Nothing is more painful than having to operate from multiple systems. Their system allowed us to be more streamlined and efficient. They have been great for also events that we held. What do you dislike about CharityEngine?

Early on we found the email templates challenging but their awesome support team was there to assist our marketing team, especially during our onboarding period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CharityEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?

The provider we were using before lacked sufficient systems and infrastructure that would allow us to have better insights and data to make strategic decisions. CharityEngine was our solution and gave us exactly what we needed. We were able to determine who was a sustain donor versus one-time donor and also see which projects the donor wanted the capital to go towards.
