"User-Friendly Experience with Excellent Staff Support"

What do you like best about CharityEngine?

It seems to be very user friendly so far as we have been training and the staff have been excellent to work with. Ease of use and customer support have been Excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CharityEngine?

Nothing negative so far. Only my need to learn and train on it but that is on me. I am struggling with finding our contacts in certain areas, I.E. those in specific cities within a certain distance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CharityEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s a much better price than our previous database, and it’s been fantastic to have a team that’s willing to work with us as a small organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
