What do you like best about Chargeflow?

Chargeflow significantly simplified our chargeback operations. Before using it, managing disputes required a lot of manual effort and constant follow-up. Now most of the process is automated, cases are organized in one place, and we have much better visibility into outcomes. What do you dislike about Chargeflow?

The only downside is that it can take some time to fully understand all of the available features and workflows. Additional onboarding materials and more detailed reporting would be helpful, but overall the benefits significantly outweigh the drawbacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chargeflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Chargeflow helps us solve one of the most time-consuming parts of running an online business: managing chargebacks and payment disputes. Before using the platform, disputes required manual investigation, evidence collection, and constant follow-up. Chargeflow automates much of this process, helping us recover revenue, reduce operational workload, and gain better visibility into dispute performance.
