What do you like best about Chargebase?

Honestly, what I love most is how hands-off it is. Once you link it to Stripe or PayPal, it just works. I don’t have to chase disputes across emails or spreadsheets anymore, the real-time alerts give me just the info I need to stop chargebacks before they even happen. Plus, the pay-per-alert pricing feels fair; I only pay when it actually helps me. And the team is super into helping during the implementation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chargebase?

What problems is Chargebase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Chargebase catches risky transactions early and gives us a chance to resolve them before they turn into disputes. That’s meant fewer chargebacks, faster refunds when needed, and cleaner financial records. Over time, it’s actually improved our relationship with partners and our credibility with payment processors.
