It is pretty easy to upload new content to Allbound. It accepts PDFs and other file types as well (PowerPoint, etc.) and you can make it filter by audience or other information. You can customize various fields and checkboxes and it will organize things so that users can easily search for content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Certain things are a little less than intuitive for me, such as when media is not attached to a listing. It's not always easy to figure out how to link things without creating new listings, which will duplicate and dillute the content library. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
