What do you like best about Channelscaler?

Allbound has allowed us to organize our partner community and provide them easy access to a wide array of resources. Partners are able to get learning materials, request co-branded marketing pages, and most importantly easily register new deals through their partnership with us. The experience with onboarding through Allbound keeps getting better. We have had a number of special scenarios that our Customer Success Team, and specifically Katie Martinez, have been able to assist us in finding unique solutions that have exceeded expectations in many cases. We are still early on in our relationship with Allbound and excited to continue exploring the additional features. Overall, I would say that Allbound's willingness to adapt and grow around our needs has been the highlight of our experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Channelscaler?

There is a bit of a learning curve to starting the administration, but once you have it there is a lot that can be done directly. However, anything outside of the built-in features require custom coding and, like with any development work, that can take some turn around time. Recommendations to others considering Channelscaler:

Reviewing a number of PRM software options out there, Allbound really checked all the boxes for us. They provided us with all of the features we needed and the flexibility to grow with us as we uncover additional needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allbound has given us a platform to allow our Partners to really explore their partnership with us. They are still able to register a deal, but now they have immediate access to a wide array of marketing materials, learning content, and more. We have also been exploring some of the more interesting ways to set up groups for our internal teams to be able to access any materials they may need as well, eliminating the need for additional folders/drives/etc. that need to be managed independently.
