What do you like best about Channelscaler?

ChannelScaler enabled us to build a structured, scalable partner ecosystem without the complexity often associated with enterprise PRM platforms. It combines the key capabilities needed to manage the partner lifecycle while remaining easy to administer and simple for partners to use. What do you dislike about Channelscaler?

As with any growing platform, there are still some areas that could be further enhanced. I’d like to see additional customization options for dashboards and reporting, along with more advanced workflow automation. Some administrative tasks could also be streamlined to reduce manual effort. That said, the product is evolving quickly, and the ChannelScaler team has been very receptive to feedback and proactive about delivering new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Channelscaler solving and how is that benefiting you?

ChannelScaler has given us a single platform to manage the entire partner lifecycle. Before implementing it, partner information, training, content, and deal registration were spread across multiple tools and manual processes. By centralizing everything in one place, we’ve improved efficiency, created a more consistent partner experience, and made it much easier to onboard and enable new partners. It has also increased visibility into partner engagement and pipeline, allowing us to scale our channel program without adding unnecessary administrative overhead.
