What do you like best about ChannelGrabber?

The ease of product imports, This makes the update of stock super easy. with how fast you can import products and link them, you will be up and running with channel grabber in no time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChannelGrabber?

The software is being discontinued next year, which is a nightmare as they are trying to get you to move to the pro version for money and takes the ease of many aspects of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ChannelGrabber:

Don't currently start a new contract as they are ending the software lifecycle and they will be trying to get you onto the pro system when you have everything set up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ChannelGrabber solving and how is that benefiting you?

We manage our orders via Channel Grabber, making it streamlined and simple. We can also manage all our messages and refunds via the software, which removes the hassle of searching through eBay or Amazon to find the order before responding. Currently stock management is being used on this software to control our stock Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
