I love how Chameleon is really extensible, which allows the app to closely resemble my native product. It's been a big plus for me. The quick updates they deploy are another aspect I appreciate as they're always improving. As a designer, I particularly like the theming and templates. Setting up templates in advance lets my team maintain the look and feel I want while they control the messaging, making the experience seamless. The various pop-up options are also very extensible, and I've started using Copilot. It's made self-serving easier, which I prefer over talking to support or a customer success manager, so I definitely enjoy having Copilot in Chameleon. Plus, the initial setup was very easy, giving it even more of an edge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything's been great. My one wish is more control over styling permissions. We had maitenance banners go out this week with the wrong template and it was because the person creating the new banner could change the theme freely, and I had to fix each one she created. I'd love to lock templates so that people could only edit content and not worry about keeping our design standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
