They have a very large team spread across different time zones, which is essential for providing 24/7 support. Their Discord bot integration is especially helpful for reviewing logs, particularly in cases of false positives (which happen very rarely—another strong point of their AI automatic reports). Their dashboard is also easy to use and very informative. Last but not least, they’re very supportive when it comes to extra help with services like Twitter reports and how to fill out tickets, basically walking us (at Arbitrum) through the steps to regain access to accounts that may or may not be compromised (which for us is a very high Performance indicator). They could have done more to improve integrations with blockchain explorers, so fraudulent addresses can be reported automatically and directly to the explorers. Last but not least, there are times when they don’t follow up on smaller requests, like connecting us with teams they partner with.
