What do you like best about CG4?

Customer service and support. Staff at CG4 assisted with all aspects of the integration to include user training and successful uploads of scan data from CG4. When issues are identified, the staff at CG4 will delegate the issue to staff member responsible and it will be resolved via email or direct phone call response in a reasonable time-frame. What do you dislike about CG4?

Remote training. This is a personal preference only. The software industry is now able to conduct training remotely and screen shots and "Webex" technology allow for customer support remotely now. CG4 staff are proactive and available remotely but I had expected a member to assist initially in person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CG4:

Do not be shy about asking questions. CG4 has staff in all areas who can assist with questions on multiple topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CG4 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Inventory scan history. CG4 legacy information from previous inventory scan data will allow me to identify the person performing the scan and the date of the scan. This detailed information is not maintained in the Oracle Peoplesoft application that the CG4 scans are uploaded into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
