What do you dislike about cetrix?

Since they work with several clients at once you need to be clear on the priorities and schedule meetings to keep them on target. Similar to managing sprint plans with engineers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering cetrix:

Invest in them and have a good documented process for the deliverables you expect with the mutually agreed upon timelines. Once you're in a groove it's easy to work with and they're always available to answer any systems questions! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is cetrix solving and how is that benefiting you?

As the first head of sales of a venture backed company it's difficult to get the resources that your team needs to be set up for success. Cetrix was easy to get started with on a monthly agreement and quickly provided tremendous value. I was able to delegate all the sales operations CRM work that would have bogged the team down. This was essential so I could focus on strategic iniatives and managing the team, while our account manager focused on making the the reports, workflows and tactics all were in line.
