What do you dislike about Ceterus Edge?

I would like to see them reach out to me more often on expenses that are outside the normal path (e.g. new vendors) - I frequently need to review these and send corrections to their team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ceterus Edge:

Make sure that Ceterus works with the systems that you're using, otherwise it can be a bit clunky to get information to them. It helps if you have some basic accounting knowledge, but they handle the nuances well when they can integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ceterus Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ceterus Edge ties in directly with my bank accounts, inventory, and POSa reports to automatically prepare accounting statements for me. They also provide nice charts and tables for me to review my performance over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
