What do you like best about Certinia PS Cloud?

The reporting capabilities that come with the PSA platform are really good. It makes tracking and resourcing extremely easy with this tool.

Additionally, the out of the box functionality that this provides. I think that PSA in general solves a major problem extremely quickly. It provides companies with the necessary toolset right out of the box to start resourcing and creating projects for clients, it's really easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Certinia PS Cloud?

The complexity of the system. As an administrator, I find myself training users frequently because it's not the most intuitive system. We also have to restrict a lot of users from doing certain things. There are a lot of permissions/controls that require constant administration. As the system is so complex, you frequently need to audit your own system to make sure all your users have the appropriate roles and access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Certinia PS Cloud:

Make sure you invest the time to learn the platform thoroughly before implementing it. There are a lot of hidden features that you would never even think of that would help automate and speed up your project process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Certinia PS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?
