**What do you like best about Certinia PS Cloud?**

like the continued focus on connecting the full professional-services lifecycle in one place. The relationship between opportunities, projects, resource assignments, timecards, budgets, actuals, and forecasting makes it easier to manage delivery without relying on disconnected tools or manual data consolidation.

**What do you dislike about Certinia PS Cloud?**

One area Certinia PS Cloud could improve is making corrections and reversals easier to manage. For example, when timecards are created against the wrong project, correcting the issue can become complex—especially if the original project has already been closed. Validation rules and project-status restrictions can make it difficult to reverse or reassign entries without additional configuration or temporary administrative changes. More guided correction processes, clearer error messages, and standard options for handling historical adjustments would reduce this effort.

**What problems is Certinia PS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PSA is helping us to automate processes that would need a lot of manual work with other Project Managment tools. Now there is no need to use excel sheets anymore to maintain customer projects or create reports on your own as PSA offers all the business requirements needed. Another big plus is that it's run natively on Salesforce and allows to always open up the product from any browser you want.

**What do you like best about Certinia PS Cloud?**

Certinia PS cloud gives me a clear, up to date view of project status and respource usage. I really like the dashboards and reporting, since they make weekly tracking easier and more consistent. The time tracking and forecasting features are also helpful when I’m juggling multiple projects at once. It integrates well with other salesforce tools and fits smoothly into my workflow and well with other salesforce tools.

**What do you dislike about Certinia PS Cloud?**

Certina PS Cloud I haven’t run into any issues, its been a good experinec. However, the UI could definitely be improved. It would also be helpful if I could see who’s available before I assign tasks.

**What problems is Certinia PS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to rely heavily on spreadsheets and email, but now everything is in one system. Its much easier to track progress and billing and there’s a lot less manual work overall. What I like best about Certinia PS Cloud is its deep integration with Salesforce, which creates a unified platform for both project and financial data. It makes managing complex projects much more efficient by streamlining workflows, improving collaboration, and enabling accurate forecasting—all within the Salesforce ecosystem we already use.

I still like that Certinia is built on the Salesforce platform and using Einstein reporting to solve complex business scenarios.

Yes, Certinia can improve on unwinding its current model to allow customers to pick and choose what items they want to purchase and not force everyone to be all in. 

**Recommendations to others considering Certinia PS Cloud:**

If you are looking to centralize everything under one solution, this is the tool for you. As a Salesforce Administrator, there was a slight learning curve because I don't come from an accounting background, but I was able to get up to speed on the processes and workflows because they are built on the Salesforce platform.

**What problems is Certinia PS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can report on resource utilization and projects, which, if set up appropriately, can help the business.  Additionally, workspaces are re-engaging users with a single central source of truth and slowly getting them off spreadsheets.

There isn’t really anything to dislike about it, but at first, understanding how it works can be a bit challenging. The calculations happening in the background are somewhat complex, and there is a lot to learn within the system.

We can find all the details on one site. It has tabs for projects, deadlines, work completed,billing, reports everything for all the project under one roof. Team leads can access this tool and see the improvement and ongoing activity on their project.

We have to learn it, its not like just install and start working it. It is built on salesforce so we need to learn how to use it effectively and manage every dashboard on it.

**What problems is Certinia PS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel when a many projects are managed by a company or a single individual , it is tough for him to keep a track of everything , so here it is very beneficial. Everything is tracked and all reports are generated and even we can find cost and billing reports.

After the experience we had with them and implementation company, nothing

The implementation process is not progressing forward because it seems like they think they are the keepers of the truth and don't ask enough questions to understand the process and data models for the other apps involved. The follow-up from Certinia is lacking or incomplete. It complicates our accounting processes and wasn't able to deliver. The initial setup was very hard and never fully happened.

Certinia PS Cloud complicates our accounting process instead of solving issues. Implementation is difficult, incomplete, and lacks proper follow-up.
