For example, when timecards are created against the wrong project, correcting the issue can become complex—especially if the original project has already been closed. Validation rules and project-status restrictions can make it difficult to reverse or reassign entries without additional configuration or temporary administrative changes. More guided correction processes, clearer error messages, and standard options for handling historical adjustments would reduce this effort. **What problems is Certinia PS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** PSA is helping us to automate processes that would need a lot of manual work with other Project Managment tools. Now there is no need to use excel sheets anymore to maintain customer projects or create reports on your own as PSA offers all the business requirements needed.
