What do you like best about CertifID?

CertifID is one of the most effective tools available to reduce the risk of wire fraud and seller impersonation. It helps protect everyone involved in the transaction by verifying identities and ensuring funds are sent to the correct recipient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CertifID?

Clients often receive multiple CertifID emails requesting different verifications. While the security is excellent, consolidating these requests into fewer communications would reduce confusion and create a smoother experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you?

CertifID has significantly reduced the risk of wire fraud and seller impersonation by providing a standardized process for verifying identities and validating wire instructions before funds are disbursed. It also gives our staff greater confidence that we're sending proceeds to the correct recipient, helps satisfy underwriter expectations regarding fraud prevention, and provides an additional layer of protection for our clients.
