What do you like best about Certainty Software?

I really appreciate Certainty Software's incredible flexibility when it comes to deep customization, allowing me to build entirely separate checklists, custom fields, and tailored routing workflows for different client accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Certainty Software?

My main issue right now is that as we rapidly increased our usage of the platform and scaled it across larger accounts, we're hitting a wall where we need much better, more robust tools for handling the correction of action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Certainty Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Certainty Software to eliminate the inefficiency of Excel for data collection, saving me hours on data collation. It offers incredible flexibility for customization to manage diverse audit programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
