I really like how Certainty Software works great for managing our audit programs and self-assessments. The best feature for us is its flexibility on customization, which is crucial since we have multiple projects with different needs. We can customize each one with different checklists and workflows. They are very responsive and supportive whenever we need them, and they are open to discussing new features based on our client's needs.
