What do you like best about Certainty Software?

I really like how Certainty Software works great for managing our audit programs and self-assessments. The best feature for us is its flexibility on customization, which is crucial since we have multiple projects with different needs. We can customize each one with different checklists and workflows. Another aspect I appreciate is the support from the Certainty Software team. They are very responsive and supportive whenever we need them, and they are open to discussing new features based on our client's needs. The software was really easy to set up, it's very intuitive and easy to navigate. Overall, it's been extremely beneficial for our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Certainty Software?

As we start increasing the usage of the platform, we start to see the need for some additional features, improvements in specific areas such as correction of actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
