"Ceros Makes Interactive Content Easy—with Outstanding Support"

What do you like best about Ceros?

Ceros has reduced our dependency on creating static content in PowerPoint by enabling us to build interactive, engaging digital experiences for users.

My company has been a Ceros customer for nearly five years. During that time, Ceros has listened to our feedback, along with input from other clients, to improve the product and the overall UX. They consistently release enhancements and updates that make the software more intuitive and make it easier to create content within an experience. The features with Flex AI will be a huge asset for us to create experiences more quickly and efficiently in the future.

The support we’ve received from our CSM and the training/support staff has been amazing. They’re proactive about showing us the latest updates before they roll out, sharing tips and tricks for creating content (whether through one-one-one training or recommended webinars), and quickly troubleshooting any issues we run into. What do you dislike about Ceros?

The only downside to Ceros is that it can take some time to get acclimated to, especially for someone without a background in design. There is a bit of a steep learning curve when creating dynamic modules (i.e. carousels, accordions, interactive cards) and having them display correctly for mobile view. What problems is Ceros solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’ve typically relied on static content—like PowerPoint presentations or PDFs—when presenting company and product information to an external audience. Ceros has helped us differentiate ourselves from our competitors and show clients that we’re a modern company that embraces the latest technologies when it comes through out marketing initiatives.
