The user interface is very intuative and has a lot of functionality. We primarily use the software for an SFTP service that our customer's use to download several hundred GB of data every night. To ensue the solution was as locked down as possible, the implementation process was fairly complex but we were supported throughout this process. The recent license renewal aught us offguard as there was a significant jump in price and only an option for a three year renewal. It's a simple, cost effective and secure solution. Management is easy and there is a whole array of features, especially sucrity wise that we can utilise in our environments. The support, frequent updates/new features and relavent communication we receive gives us the confidence to use it with both internal staff and external clients. We had to replace an aging FTP server with something more secure the setup and security setup was well documented and were able to spin up the SFTP server quickly and securly. They are also sending relevant news about the product and what the new and upcoming features wil be added with the latest release. Also integrating with the legacy applications was easy as well. One of my current dislikes is that with single sign-on. After a user is provisioned for single sign-on, there is no way to remove them from the console when the account is no longer needed. The user shows as disabled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It provides ease of use so that all of our users, even those who aren't tech saavy, can use it with ease. It was easily integrated with our environment providing a secure solution. Easy to set up and manage and good customer support after we ran into issues during The Crowdstrikening. It's used daily and we haven't really had any problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our biggest issue that we had was licensing; we renewed for a three year license but Cerberus had us on a 1 year plan. This caused the service to stop working at the worst moment (during The Crowdstrikening) but their support quickly gave us some temp licenses which allowed us to get back up and online in quick order. The only thing that I don't like is the fact that now they changed the licensing type so now, it is not perpetual with annual maintenance support, now it is a minimum of 3-year subscription Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
