It defines achievable, individual targeted objectives and has immediate feedback to prevent the group from straying off course. It also links smoothly with our CRM, which makes it easy to monitor the performance. I also like how simple it is to go into the different dashboards to get a snapshot of team or individual performance. **What do you dislike about Centrical?** Since Centrical offers pretty much everything for interactive and engaging employee training, it may at times be confusing to decide where to start. Altogether, the gamification is rather great, though it could be too much for an employee who hasn’t encountered this sort of system. This learning curve comes when interacting with other programs and it can sometimes be a little slow before getting all the software as you wish. Lastly, the reporting features semi strong which makes it difficult to filter data displays. **What problems is Centrical solving and how is that benefiting you?** Addressing the problem of disengagement in the working of an organization, Centrical provides timely performance feedback and reward, this enhances the motivation level. This has intervened positively on increased personal efficiency and group functioning by replacing mundane tasks with what seems like competitions. The positive aspect of such feedback is the opportunity to receive it in an instant coupled with the individual goals set for an employee. We can set individual goals unique to the group and can track them in an interesting manner which keeps the individuals motivated. The seamless integration with our CRM and HR systems makes it easy to set and monitor goals. The real time feedback mechanism has been very helpful as it has helped us increase productivity and has kept the team’s morale high. **What do you dislike about Centrical?** My least preferred feature of the Centrical application is that it takes quite some time and a lot of effort to set up and configure to cater to the peculiar needs of a business. It has had the flexibility advantage but customization of the application had not been as easy as we had estimated and needed more assistance. Further, some of the employees initially felt that inclusion of so many games like was a little disruptive and this affected their performance before they became used to it. **What problems is Centrical solving and how is that benefiting you?** As such, Centrical addresses the problem of failure in employee engagement through the application of performance management gamification. This means that is enables the establishment of specific objectives and achievement follow up in an encouraging fashion. It has speed up our review process and improved the morale and productivity of our workforce. The customer & techinical support that they provided during the process was fantastic. I was not part of the original team implementing gameON but from my experience, it was fast, informed, targeted and made it fit for purpose for my business. Centrical is a easy platform for staff to utilise and with the number of features it provides, it creates the perfect balance between work, reward & recognition. We have seen a huge increase in engagement, recognitions and success by creating a targeted approach on how we embed and track KPI's. We have tapped into various products they offer to increase staff empowerment to take control of their training and embedment and upskill themselves. Leaders found the ease of integrating thei coaching opportunities into the platform by creating specific missions, and our onboarding managers have promoted the use of evaluations during the probation period. **What do you dislike about Centrical?** Overall there is not much I dislike, however I would like to see more products relating to the simulations. **What problems is Centrical solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are providing valuable support in helping us solve the problem on a more interactive learning and embedment. We wanted to explore various way of learning and embedment material while going through strict legislative changes and business changes. With the business changes, there are significant changes that requires regular control check which the analytics platform provides us with all the insights we require. We are able to pulse check throughout the changes and have leaders and the business have a proactive approach to any issues that might arise. It provides us the opportunity to ensure our people increase their risk maturity. With all the work Centrical has supported, and the use of the platform, we have seen gameON assist in teh reduction of AHT, Increase in Recognition and an overall increase in closing the risk gap at an early stage. ### 10. The software allows you to gamify performance management, motiviate people to learn and open up new avenues for communication. We love the shop, it creates a real buzz in the office when people can spend their rewards on things they want. The Centrical team are wonderful too. They're very supportive not just through rollout, they stick around and are proactively engaged throughout. **What do you dislike about Centrical?** I don't think there is anything I dislike about the software or the service. **What problems is Centrical solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centrical give frontline colleagues and easy to understand dashboard which displays their performance and rewards them for what they do. So much easier than snipping reports and writing emails. It allows the agent to be proactive. The software also allows us to move quality performance into the same space as we are using to track customer outcome performance. The shop allows us to provide a space colleagues choose their reward which is hugely motivational.
