What do you like best about Centime?

The Ability to view invoices all in one portal is very helpful. Being able to isolate it and work through it on a per vendor basis. Also attaching the PDF into netsuite directly is a great time saver, instead of having to drag and drop invoices into box. It is attached directly to the bill. It is a great central hub for invoices to exist and work within as opposed to having navigate multiple tabs in shared drives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Centime?

There are still some bugs, sometimes when I add several invoices and am working in a session a long time, it can boot me out. It isn't a huge issue but it does slow down the workflow just a tad. It also gets some coding / departmental stuff wrong or is not filled in at all. I think this may be a new feature and is being worked on but still could be improved. What problems is Centime solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping keep all of the invoices within netsuite. We have had issues with BOX, where we keep all of our companies documents and sometimes it would go offline and I am essentially unable to even work on things or access them. This way I can just pop open netsuite and work. Another thing is skipping the whole adding an invoice copy as backup in netsuite, I can just goi through the invoices and post them as I please and I know it will be available under communications later.
