What do you like best about Censia?

The ability to get really specific with weighted terms. The filtering of results is essential and game-changing for our industry. To be able to dive really deep and get meaningful results is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Censia?

I think I’d like the tool to assess the candidates for me first - tell me which ones are good fits and why in my first snapshot. Rather than having me look through them all. What problems is Censia solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the problem of working smarter not harder. We have an immense database of candidates and censia is allowing us to narrow down the top
