What do you like best about Celonis?

Since my last review, Celonis has clearly leaned hard into agentic AI. The new Context Model gives a much richer, connected view across process, data, and business knowledge, and the Agent Toolkit (built on MCP) makes it easier to plug AI agents into real workflows instead of just dashboards. The Orchestration Engine now coordinates humans, automations, and AI agents together in real time, which is a big step up from the old action-flow-only approach. Data Core also feels more scalable for handling large, messy datasets from multiple source systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celonis?

A lot of the same gaps I flagged before are still there — centralized data job/automation management and a proper credentials store still aren’t where they need to be. Connection management for automations is still clunky. Cost is still the biggest issue: pricing hasn’t gotten easier to justify, and proving ROI is still a slog, especially since Celonis keeps pushing customers toward paid consulting to get real value out of the platform rather than making the product self-serve enough on its own. What problems is Celonis solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is giving its best for process understanding and making it better, and for task automation there are many RPA tools but for peocess automation Action flows gving its best.
