I find that the possibilities of Celonis are almost inexhaustible once you understand the tool and its functions. I like that Celonis is regularly developed further and new, innovative functions and approaches to problem-solving are added. I appreciate the intuitive use and that I can tailor dashboards and analyses very specifically to our requirements. I can trace which paths a process has taken and delve deep into individual attributes with filters and filter my dashboards accordingly. I particularly value the Annotation Builder and the Prediction Builder, which allow me to make our processes smarter and provide them with context. Celonis also helps me analyze processes across systems, recognize important connections, and detect problems early through pattern recognition, rather than only when they become apparent to the customer. For me, the initial hurdle is relatively high: I first have to understand how data models and dashboards are built and how the tool works. Although Celonis provides us with a lot of support through service consultants, I find it difficult to build data science skills internally and fully understand and apply all functions. In my opinion, data integration and transformation, as well as the construction of data models, could be simpler and more intuitive. The initial setup was also relatively complex.
