What do you like best about Cello?

Getting the referral widget live inside our product took less time than I expected; a few lines of code and users could start sharing right from within the app. I love that it catches them at the right moment, when they’re already getting value. Payouts go straight to their PayPal or Venmo without me doing anything; it just runs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cello?

Honestly, I wish there were more reward options available right now. My users would respond really well to gift cards or discount-based rewards, but those are still listed as coming soon. I’m working around it for now, but it’s something I’m looking forward to seeing added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cello solving and how is that benefiting you?

I knew people were recommending us; I just had no way to track it or give them anything back for it. Cello fixed that. Now I can see exactly who’s referring, reward them automatically, and watch referred signups convert at a noticeably better rate than any paid channel I’ve run.
