**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I really like how Celigo works very well in the background. It synchronizes Salesforce with NetSuite seamlessly, giving sales reps live data in Salesforce. When it's functioning in the background, I don't even notice it because it doesn't slow things down noticeably—it just works well. I also find it extremely easy to get into the system whenever there's an issue, figure out what the error is, and make the necessary corrections and updates. The user interface is great for troubleshooting because it shows exactly where the error is and provides details, making it easy to pinpoint any issues. The initial setup of Celigo was very easy, and the customer support was extremely helpful in walking us through the setup, especially when we upgraded to the IO version.

Celigo makes it seamless to synchronize Salesforce with NetSuite, providing sales reps with live data in Salesforce.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

In my experience, the best thing about Celigo is the support. It’s a highly adaptable system, backed by consultants who genuinely care and help me work through complex situations as systems change. Overall, I’ve worked with five or six different middleware platforms—some SaaS and some on-prem—and I consider Celigo the best option for SaaS systems like NetSuite. It’s very powerful, yet still intuitive enough for even casual users to configure, edit, and debug.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The only downside I’ve run into is that flows have to queue up, which is pretty typical for SaaS batch processing. When I’m testing frequent changes in the sandbox, there can be a bit of a wait before I see the results. That said, it’s usually no more than 5–10 minutes, even when a flow is processing thousands of records.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily work with NetSuite, Salesforce, and hosted REST APIs, and this has been the missing link between those systems. I prefer using custom flows rather than the pre-built integration because it gives me the flexibility to tailor my data flows exactly the way I need.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo helps us automate many business processes that we previously handled manually. It saves us hours of work each day, and time is money. A big part of our success can be attributed to Celigo because it gets the data we need to where we need it, exactly when we need it. As a developer, I’ve found that Celigo dramatically speeds up new integration work, especially with the AI enhancements that help with building integrations. Onboarding is very quick and easy with their prebuilt integration apps with flexibility for customization.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Some of the pre-built integration apps have scripts inside them that you cannot see the code for which can be annoying, but you can build anything you want yourself so it's not a huge issue. Most businesses can use the pre-built integration apps without any issues.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo enables us to connect all of our sales channels to our ERP system through a single platform, which eliminates the need to monitor multiple systems. It also lets us automate the bulk of our accounting work, giving our accountants more time to focus on investigating and resolving problematic situations. Overall, Celigo supports many of our processes across the business, and we’ve saved countless hours and dollars by using this platform. Error management is also straightforward: the dashboard clearly shows where issues are occurring and allows us to modify data and retry runs without having to export everything all over again.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The native connectors may cover 99% of you need but still giving you the flexibility to customize when needed and to add complexitity along with the growth of your company, the UI is clean and simple and you dont have to go on a treasure hunt to find what you need, this is really important when it comes to data mapping and testing the outcomes, all in one screen.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

When you become a bit more advanced and you wanna start using custom script for data transformation and mapping, instead of the user interface, its not always clear which libraries and helpers can be used or not and the "real estate" of scripts can become messy to manage

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a brand aggregator company active on Marketplaces, Celigo allows the order and shipment sync between external channels and ERP without the need to build a custom API connector, basically we were ready as sonas the implementation via UI was done without having to write a line of code, hence without having to contract external developers.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo's integration platform is very user friendly and simple to use and even users with little Celigo knowledge can easily do the connections and mappings. Their pre-built integration platforms for most commonly used systems are easy to implement. Celigo also has templates for doing customizations if the requirement doesn't fit in the prebuilt integration app. 
Celigo provides a great Customer Support. They promptly help you to give guidance at every stage and also when you have issues with existing integrations. Overall Celigo is used daily in our business to streamline operations and improve productivity. It helped our business to achieve our goals faster. We are using Celigo for all of our integrations such as Shopify, multiple Amazon accounts, eBay, Tiktok and Walmart

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

We still have some minor error handling issues. Some of the error messages doesn't have the proper details, which causing our users to spend more time investigating and fixing them. Moslty on Shopify refunds error messages we get when the sales order is closed. We have to manually verify each order and resolve errors. And also Celigo does not support Kit refunds.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using multiple marketplaces to sell our products. Integrating these ecom platforms with ERP systems can be complex and time-consuming but Celigo simplified this process with pre-built integration apps for popular applications and other customizable templates. Pre-built integration apps reduce the time and effort required to set up connections. Celigo helped us saving time on manual data entry on many of the tasks and thus freeing up employees to focus on more value-added activities

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo I0 is an exceptional integration platform that offers unrivaled functionality, multiple endpoints, built-in connectors, ease of use (even for users with limited technical expertise), process automation, an excellent Ul, and continuous platform improvements. It has allowed us to seamlessly connect and integrate various applications and systems, streamlining our operations and boosting efficiency.

Using Celigo, we can connect multiple applications or systems and manage their integrations from a single centralized platform. This flexibility is invaluable to us and will be for businesses that rely on several applications, as it streamlines workflows, reduces complexity, and ensures data consistency across the entire organization.

The clean and modern Ul makes navigating through the platform a breeze, while the logical organization of features and settings ensures a seamless user experience. Whether you are monitoring integration flows, managing connections, or setting up custom workflows, Celigo I0's UI keeps everything clearly organized and easily accessible.

With our previous platform, we often said "no" to new business because of the cost and extended development timelines for new EDI partners. Celigo has allowed us to say "yes" nearly every time and spin up new partners in a fraction of the time it had previously taken.

We had the need for a unique API integration that needed to be created from the ground up, given the systems being connected and the data being passed, making this API connection highly problematic. Celigo provided expedited developer support and worked tirelessly to deliver a working solution, which they did, allowing a new business channel to quickly become one of our fastest-growing segments.

We have also started using Celigo's B2B Manager and have been able to add integration partners more quickly and with a higher degree of control and quality.

Given its expanded and impressive feature set and a perpetual commitment to innovation and improvement, I highly recommend Celigo I0.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The cost increase from our initial contract to our renewal was considerably higher than anticipated. Still, given the value we receive back, the increase was a small price to pay for what Celigo affords us to be able to do and accomplish.

Also, the Celigo Ora AI has been a great addition to the dashboard tools but it isn't agentic yet and that would help in resolving some issues.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While not a problem per se, Celigo is allowing us to participate, compete and grow our business in business channels and segments that we were prohibited from previously due to system inability, incompatibility and high development and maintenance costs.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Coming into my current role I had limited experience in any sort of integration. When the task to integrate a number of our business systems was given to me, and Celigo was the tool I was given, I was initially overwhelmed. This was quickly abated as we were able to stand up our first major integration (Shopify & NetSuite) with the help of a Celigo Partner, and then even further when I was given access to Celigo University. Between being a part of the partner integration and following the Celigo University Certification Learning Path I gained confidence in using the platform, and have since built multiple integrations on my own while maintaining those created with the help of a Partner. Celigo has become an integral part of our companies daily workflow, and is essential in ensuring data gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there, how it needs to be there. Four years in, I'm not sure how the company would be running without Celigo.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Like any system, there is a learning curve to learning Celigo. However, utilizing available resources makes this learning curve very easy to overcome. While I appreciate the constant development of new features, some of them come out a bit less than fully baked.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is currently responsible for the integration of many of our key business systems. Utilizing Celigo has increased efficiency, decreased time spent handling errors, and allowed for necessary data transformations that would be nearly impossible without such a powerful tool. It has also become a go-to tool for one-off mass uploads/updates for systems which don't have the option via the UI, but can do so through an API.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

- Ease of use
- Simple and efficient way to monitor existing integrations, flows, etc
- Readily available documentation to aid in a "Do it on your own" experience
- Availability to have internal Celigo teams perform implimentations for new or existing projects

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

- Using internal Celigo resources for an integration comes with customization limitations (Example: Unable to make changes to Celigo built scripts within the Shopify - Netsuite prebuilt integration).

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo "breaks out the crayons". They take the extemely complex world of data exchange, and everything that comes along with that, and drastically simplify what it takes to accomplish our missions. We currently utilize 8 full integrations and around 100 flows. Through the use of these flows we have been able to: Connect and seamlessly transfer data between ERP systems, marketplaces, payment processors, and more. Having Celigo be the "middle man" for all of our data and systems saves our employees hundreds, if not thousands, of hours each year.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The speed to value.  Being able to get an integration up and running quickly is essential when providing the business value of data integration.  Over the years, Celigo has added more and more integration points allowing my company's footprint to expand with ease.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The management of integrations.  I had 40 plus integrations and it at times difficult to manage them as there is not a folder structure to categorize them.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Celigo is solving for me is the integration with my HR system.  Everything starts with the HR system, people being added, terminated, and timesheets.  All of this information will be passed to Celigo and entered into NetSuite, ensuring all of the data is in sync.  We are also integrating all NetSuite projects into our HR system, which will allow employees to enter time against the projects in our HR system, then populating the time in NetSuite.

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo gives me the ability to create custom integrations for any use case, no matter how complex the needs are.  Support is great when you need it, AI is improving the way we use the UI in Celigo and only improving as it goes.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Some of the Integration Apps are a great start for an integration, but they rarely cover the actual use case needs, causing a custom integration to be built if your needs are anything but vanilla.  Pricing is high for a small company, but I feel the benefits outweigh these things.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is helping me solve use cases for custom website integrations with many layers, a CPQ on our website translating data into our ERP and to the workers who create the items.  It also helps me tie together disparate platforms that otherwise would not be able to effectively talk to one another.
