What do you like best about CEIPAL Workforce?

I like the fact it can be customized as per the organization needs. Any changes one needs can be done to best fit us. Sometimes the changes are quick, sometimes it takes a little longer depending on what changes we are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CEIPAL Workforce?

Sometimes it gets tough to search candidates on Ceipal based on the boolean search. The boolean search can give all sorts of mixed results and then we might have to again refine it. Also for a new user it might get a little confusing to go through so many tabs that it has. Only proper training can help us juice all the features properly. Recommendations to others considering CEIPAL Workforce:

Ceipal can be an excellent tool for someone who needs to evaluate the company based on the numbers and reports from all the employees. One should switch to Ceipal because all your existing data can be migrated to Ceipal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CEIPAL Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?
