I like Ceipal ATS because it offers easy resume search, which helps me quickly find candidates using key search terms. The Dashboard is great for giving me a quick view of my monthly achievements, and the integration with Power BI is really helpful for tracking recruitment performance. I think Ceipal ATS could improve in a few areas. I wish it had faster performance, as sometimes things can be a bit slow. Also, the integration with job boards isn't as smooth as I'd like, so better syncing would be helpful to avoid duplicate profiles. Additionally, the resume search could be more accurate and quicker.
