I like the ease of use and the reports that are available. It makes working deals and follow up very easy. The way in works with Roadster and Drive make it a great product. The new AI feature has been very useful. Product support is always helpful. I'm not sure about cost, but he ROI has to be through the roof. Also, it is a fast internet site.
