I like the backdoor access through the old DMS screens that let you truly customize reports. Using PN in the old version lets you create a list of changes you'd like to be done. A lot of reports such as CPVU that default into the older version of CDK are robust and work without clutter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is definitely inconsistency in some of the premade reports. For example RCCR, RCCO, and RCCS ask for different date inputs despite it making much more sense to have them be the same. The system also struggles to process parts with periods in them, as we see more aftermarket parts that tend to use periods in their part numbers, this becomes an annoying issue.
