We've used this software for over 7 years now, and we continue to enjoy it. Once set up it has saved an almost incalculable amount of manul time with uploading paper documents to Salesforce.

The OCR and barcoding are particularly well done, making for easy document retrieval. We needed a couple of system tweaks over the years and the ccScan team (Monte) has always been very helpful.

The software capabilities seem to really exceed the scanner software, even on the new hardware we just upgraded to. Would recommend to anyone dealing with paper documents that need to be digitized and uploaded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
