What do you like best about CCN Health?

I handle the billing, and CCN Health makes my job so much easier. The RPM and RTM reports show exactly which patients hit their thresholds each month with the time logs and readings to back every claim, so I am not chasing documentation. And the customer service is the best I have dealt with: real people who understand billing, answer fast, and stay on it until it is resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CCN Health?

Very little. There are a lot of reports to explore, so it took me a bit to find my favorites, and I would welcome a few more filtering options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CCN Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

It takes the guesswork out of RPM and RTM billing. The platform tracks the readings and time for each code, the monthly reports tell me exactly what is billable, and the documentation is there if anything gets questioned.
