What do you like best about CCH SureTax?

I love the control that I have over the rating engine. The ability to customize the product to fit my needs is priceless. In an industry where customization is the name of the game, SureTax stands above all else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CCH SureTax?

There is not much to dislike about SureTax. If I were to be nitpicky, I would say that, for a Telecom Consultant like me, the dashboards are not of much use and I wish there was a way to implement a Traffic Study in a single place and let the SureTax system do the work to determine application. What problems is CCH SureTax solving and how is that benefiting you?

SureTax is solving the age old problem of tax application. The benefits of knowing that taxes are being applied appropriately to a given product mean that I can be sure that customers are paying the appropriate taxes to my clients and my clients are paying the appropriate taxes to the various jurisdictions.
