What do you like best about CBI?

The most helpful thing was the training and hands-on experience we were able to be provided with during the transition between our work. I was a little skeptical at first when the company approached the change. CBI has worked wonderfully for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CBI?

I have yet to find something I didn't like. I can always update the review but it looks very promising. Maybe the price point, but I'm really stretching to find something to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CBI:

I would absolutely recommend CBI to anyone looking for a corporate change to ease. Very efficient and training is not an issue; the smoothness is very adaptive to existing work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CBI solving and how is that benefiting you?

On multiple occasions, this has helped us with issues we weren't able to fix with other programs. The ease of use and understanding is amazing. Very easy to work with. Definitely good communication between them and us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
