What do you like best about Cavu HCM?

I appreciate Cavu HCM's streamlined design and user-friendly interface, which simplify our operations without lengthy training or troubleshooting. I value the all-in-one lightweight collaboration capability, merging manpower scheduling, attendance management, and document distribution on one platform, which boosts our work efficiency by reducing the need to switch between different tools. The system's stability and reliable remote access are impressive, as it runs smoothly on both desktop and mobile devices, even in areas with unstable internet connections. It's well adapted to our mid-sized company, delivering functions we need without unnecessary complexities, making it a cost-effective option for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cavu HCM?

Its advanced data exporting and customized reporting functions are quite limited. Our marketing team needs to collect, summarize and analyze massive attendance records, task completion logs and field working data on a monthly and quarterly basis for internal performance reviews and project recap. Currently, the system only supports basic standard report templates and simple Excel exports. We cannot set custom data dimensions or filter combined conditions. For example, when we sort out working hours and task performance of researchers across six German regions for our quarterly market research report, we have to export raw data first and then manually reorganize, filter and calculate information in spreadsheets. This adds extra repetitive work and takes us several hours every time. Besides, the exported raw data also lacks flexible formatting options. When we need to submit standardized reports to the company’s senior management team, the plain exported tables from Cavu HCM do not match our internal report styles. We have to adjust cell formats, add category labels and reorganize layouts one by one. What makes it less convenient is that the system does not support scheduled automatic data export either. For recurring weekly and monthly statistics, we have to log into the platform and run exports manually every time, instead of setting up auto-generation and delivery. What problems is Cavu HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Cavu HCM to centralize team scheduling, off-site attendance, and document communication, resolving disorganized manpower planning and attendance tracking.
