What do you like best about Cause IQ?

Cause IQ brings together a massive amount of public nonprofit data into one place, making it incredibly efficient to research and qualify organizations. I especially appreciate the ability to sync data directly to Salesforce, which saves my team time and ensures we’re working with up-to-date info. The platform is rich with detail—990s, key contacts, financials, and more. It’s a go-to resource in our workflow.<br><br>Their customer support is top-notch, as well. What do you dislike about Cause IQ?

While the data itself is excellent, the Salesforce integration could be more robust. I’d love to see a more seamless, automated sync that reduces the need for manual exports or list uploads. Being able to define custom sync rules and have nonprofit records automatically update or push into Salesforce would take the tool to the next level. We use Cause IQ to quickly identify and qualify nonprofit organizations that align with our ideal customer profile. The ability to segment by size, mission, revenue, and other filters helps us prioritize outreach and personalize our approach.
