"CATS Review"
What do you like best about CATS?

It's ease of use so much better then larger ATS's that miss the boat Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CATS?

It still needs to have a more google search approach to the database. Search functions are not as fluid as I'd like them to be. It's gotten better though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Users consistently praise the ease of use and customization options of CATS, highlighting how it simplifies the recruitment process and adapts to individual workflows. "Cost-Effective and Robust ATS!"
What do you like best about CATS?

I have been using CATS for a variety of Clients for the past 5 years. What's very helpful is the ability to customize portals, applications, fields, workflows, and messaging/escalation of critical matters via self-performance. Other systems I have used and implemented don;t come close to CATS' ability to meet individual organizations' needs. Smooth candidate experience, instant notification on any device after a candidate applies, and meaningful KPI development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CATS?

Would be great if CATS could offer digital signatures or integration with DocuSign. Only other suggestion would be to enable a "tab" interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CATS Applicant Tracking System – smart, creative, yet simple!"
What do you like best about CATS?

Hiring is the ultimate goal and key duty in an HR department and the job – no matter how tiny and simple it seems to others – is a quite tough and troubled one. This can take ages and lots of time to find the perfect candidate but this won’t be the case with CATS on your team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CATS?

The reporting and analytical features are not as robust as you might consider or want them to be. This can be a hassle for managers that need quick numbers on their fingers. The updates do help with the betterment but just not enough yet in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A good tool for your Talent Acqusition Needs! CATS"
What do you like best about CATS?

The upside of using CATS is that you can integrate all your positions and job boards on CATS itself. Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice are some of the Job Boards I was working with to find candidates along with our contractor database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CATS?

I'm not fond of the User Experience of CATS. The UI is not easy to understand unless you are specifically trained for a process. Initially, a lot of hand-holding is necessary for a newbie to learn the ins and outs of CATS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good product"
What do you like best about CATS?

Email integration and job posting features are easy to use, the add-ons feature is very useful and helpful, and really like the friendly and active customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CATS?

There's a complicacy during forwarding the resumes. When a position is listed, it automatically adds them to a job order which creates a lot of confusion. Sometimes email integration fails to work properly and sometimes the site is slow to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An ATS that works well."
What do you like best about CATS?

That it is a complete ATS - has email tracking, texting and allows customized fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CATS?

Price per user of $99/ month is a bit high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Current USER - could be improved."
What do you like best about CATS?

I do think this is a GREAT tool, the more I navigate around it the more I begin to like it. It is only as good as the users inputting data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CATS?

No automatic skills to select, you must type in skill section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great applicant tracking system and very user friendly"
What do you like best about CATS?

I like that CATS is super user friendly. I also like that it's customizable. More recently, we've been using it with our HRIS system and it has been helpful that it integrates so well with that (BambooHR). We also use it to integrate with job postings on our website and it helps to track people who apply to positions. I like that when someone applies, it automatically moves their information into the ATS portion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CATS?

I wish there was the ability to bulk email a little bit easier but it's not a huge issue. Otherwise, there are no dislikes that I have about the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AMAZING Sourcing and Pipelining Tool"
What do you like best about CATS?

I love how intuitive and user friendly CATS is. It allows me to see all of my candidates for each job at a glance. I also love how I can email candidates right from the status tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CATS?

I don't like the fact that I can't change the status to the same thing twice in a row on a particular candidate in the workflow. Instead I have to choose a new workflow status and then change it back to leave a new note. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best ATS (and I've tried most of them!)"
What do you like best about CATS?

For a smaller staffing firm, this perfect ATS. Super intuitive - Zero training needed to get started. Super Powerful too. The workflow automation is fabulous. We have our entire sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding process built in to the workflow. My recruiters don't need to use email. They Use CATS. One of my top recruiters, I could never get to use any other ATS (PCR, BullHorn, MaxHire, etc.) and now she only uses CATS and her cell phone. She loves it because we've automated all the emails, scheduling, follow ups, etc. Just flip a switch and your task is done!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CATS?

Reporting. This is CATS biggest weakness and the only reason I wouldn't recommend it for a bigger firm. It's virtually impossible to pull out recruiter metrics without spending hours each week. Although they have some canned dashboards, there is no customizable performance reports comparing week over week or month over month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
