What do you like best about CaterXpert?

CaterXpert feels like every facet of an event was taken into consideration. You are easily able to plan and organize a large event within a short period of time and keep track of your upcoming calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CaterXpert?

One main thing that could be better incorporated into the program is reporting on specific clients and relationships with them. I know this software is more about the planning and organization rather than CRM, but that is one aspect that could make CaterXpert even better. Recommendations to others considering CaterXpert:

Take the time to get to know every feature. The program isn't the most up to date looking, so it is easy to miss some of the great features, such as the vendor list, service logger, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CaterXpert solving and how is that benefiting you?
