What do you like best about Castos?
Customer support. I had some issues getting it up and running because I'm not a website coder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Castos?
I had to pay for a plan in order to get the amazing customer support. For a hobbyist podcast production of 1 per month, it's overkill, but now that it's up and running I can forget about it. Wish it would interface with fountain.fm
Whish the video would upload automatically along with the transcript file (maybe it does that on premium plan tho) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
