What do you like best about Castle?

Castle provides a very nimble, no-code platform to identify risk within the electronic fingerprint of users that sign into their accounts. Castle ingests the data points that most organizations either ignore or aren't aware of (e.g., mobile device operating system, internet service provider, IP location) to identify bad actors, account takeovers, or levels of risk that organizations aren't comfortable with. The solution is easily deployed and easy to maintain. Lastly, the Castle team is fantastic to work with and typically responds to questions within an hour, which is incredible. What problems is Castle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Castle identifies risk within the electronic fingerprint of users that log into an organization's mobile application or online platform. Castle is very successful at identifying bad actors based on a review of a user's device details, such as IP location, mobile device type, internet service provider, etc. Castle can also assist an org to restrict or allow specific geographies based on their product/service offering or other regulatory requirements, and can also assist to prevent account takeovers, bots, and hacking attempts.
