Build in features to engage your audience such as:

\* highlights (allow audiences to jump to specific sections)

\* transcript (human and AI that increase your SEO as well as allow you to capture your podcast content easily)

\* creation of audiogram / videogram of highlighted sections that makes it super easy to reuse the content in small and consumable ways

Nothing is perfect to start; however, the Casted team quickly responds via support tickets or contacts. They welcome and take feedback on how to improve all the time, and the support experience is one of the best in the industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
