"Caspio Let us Build an Easy Data Entry/Editing Form"

What do you like best about Caspio?

We needed a data entry form that would also allow easy find/edit access to content in the table, and Caspio offered the only simple way to do this that I could find. Building the form was straightforward and kind of fun, with lots of options to specify what fields should show up. We've been using our form for a couple of years without issues. What do you dislike about Caspio?

I do wish that they either had a more 'low-level' user pricing tier -- we really just need some very basic functions -- or an option to trade access to more sophisticated features for additional records at the same price. I am regularly deleting older records to make space for new ones, which is a bit of a hassle, but it just doesn't make sense to move to higher pricing tier when we will never use the additional features there other than the increased storage. What problems is Caspio solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to be able to provide detailed statistics about certain transactions for different patrons: which department they're affiliated with, what they need, whether we have it in-house or have to order it, where we got it, etc. Caspio let us build a form for users to input all this information, and another form to edit it if needed, all stored in an easy spreadsheet that's perfect for review and analysis when I need to generate the reports. Caspio lets me keep all the info I need for the reports in one place, which makes it a lot easier to produce them as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
