It has been a life changer for our organization. We’ve been able to become largely digitized, assign tasks to our staff, and personalize how we want our data organized. It only took a few weeks for us to get trained and set everything up in a way that best fits our organizational needs. Throughout our time with Casebook, we’ve also been able to make revisions to the layout as needed, and it has been supportive of updates to our procedures. Some of the newer features have been harder to use, especially the texting feature and getting it to upload correctly to the client’s file/data. Adding emails has also been challenging.
