I appreciate being able to look up a participant and quickly access all the information I need in one place. Connecting it to my work email also lets me send messages from my regular work account through Casebook, which makes communication much easier. I really like being able to schedule appointments and add them directly to the calendars of everyone who’s invited. In the past, the app was very slow whenever it autosaved a note. They’ve recently updated this, so I’m hopeful it’s improved. I’ll keep in touch with them if it still needs any further tweaking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
