I think CARVID is awesome for Facebook Marketplace posting and sourcing automation. The AI agent talks to potential customers, gives information on cars posted, and invites them for a test drive. Its AI auto-reply function is stunning, and it's one of the best in the industry. I believe CARVID is the only AI-assisted car dealership sales app that automates Facebook Marketplace. The support team is really great at responding to my inquiries. CARVID comes with its own CRM, so I don't really need additional CRM tools as long as it's connected to the marketplace and records conversations locally. As a small car dealership, we didn't have affordable automation and did everything manually until CARVID entered the market. The support team was engaging and eager to help us get set up.
