What do you like best about CartonCloud?

The ability to adapt to our customers’ needs is a real strength. As a 3PL, we work with a range of different customers, and each one has different requirements. In most cases, we’re able to manage each customer according to their specific requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CartonCloud?

Because the system is quite in-depth, it can be difficult at times to work out how to do certain things. I use the academy and the new AI quite a lot, and I also rely on our account manager for support when I need assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CartonCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cartoncloud is helping us streamline our warehouse operations in many ways. As a 3PL, we have varying needs depending on the customer, and we’re able to set each customer up as required. It’s also helping us build efficiencies into the operation by streamlining the picking and receiving of goods, thanks to some of its more advanced features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
